Trattati di mascalcia attribuiti ad Ippocrate

Book digitized by Google from the library of the New York Public Library and uploaded to the Internet Archive by user tpb. The “Trattati” possibly written originally in Sanskrit, are by an unknown author called in the Italian codes Ipocras d’India, who is thought to have lived at a later period than Hippocrates of Cos, to whom the work has been attributed, and Hippocrates mulomedicus, a contemporary of Absyrtus and one of the writers included in the collection known as the Hippiatrica. cf. p. xi-xvii Preliminari ai Due trattati di mascalcia (p.
