Incunabula in American libraries, C-767 Incunabula short title catalogue, ic00767000 Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early brown sheepskin double-paneled (outer panel in blind, inner panel in gilt). Gilt floral centerpieces. Spine rolled in blind diaper pattern. Hinges reinforced. All text block edges stained black and mottled. Letters “AM” at end of line 5 on second title page (a1 recto) corrected. Leaf dimensions: 318 x 208 mm. Housed in a light brown cloth box with spine title-stamped in gilt. Possibly the Fugger copy. Purchased from Paul Gottschalk in May, 1938.
